Bat Bros Cricket Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or something’s not quite right, we’ve made our returns process clear and fair, in line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it until 10 working days after receipt of the goods.

  • To cancel, please contact us in writing via email or through our website’s Contact Us form within this time period.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, and in accordance with the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • For cricket bats, this means unprepared and not knocked-in, unless faulty.
  • Used or trialled equipment cannot be accepted unless proven to be faulty.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer the following options for eligible returns:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Product exchange (subject to availability)
  • Store credit, if preferred

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange a refund, exchange or replacement and cover any return shipping costs.

Return Process

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
