Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer provides return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us first so we can make it right.

Final Sale

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased from our Final Sale collections are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale Items

  • Discounted “sale” items are refundable unless marked Final Sale on the product page.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • At our discretion for items not in original condition, used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Posting times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us to arrange an exchange.

How to Start a Return

For high-value items, use a tracked/insured service. We can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
